"There has been WAY too much over development in the North Road area. Congested traffic and higher levels of noise throughout the night coupled with SO many cars = more opportunities for accidents with children/ pedestrians. The schools are so full (when in session) that we actually started homeschooling before the pandemic. Also, it is so sad to be a witness to all of the animals and birds that are being forced to migrate away from our neighborhoods. We used to have owls, deer, coyote, rabbits, and more. We see no more deer, very few coyote and fewer rabbits. Plus, so many birds (of varying types) can these trees home year around. Sadly, acres and acres of trees.... many of which are beautiful trees that have been standing for 40-50 years, are being torn down and clear cut for new development.

It is not that I don't sympathize with the need for housing. But allowing builders to place 16-50 lots on sites that originally held 1 to 2 houses is near-sighted and destructive for long term sustainably for families and for nature."
